When a purchase is made on our website, we will send the products to the address designated as the ‘shipping address’ during checkout.
Most of the time- we ship your order on the same, or next working day. We use 2 third party services (the Royal Mail & DPD) to fulfil our shipments.
DPD – Express Delivery
DPD: We use DPD’s ‘Express’ service which is a next day service. Most of the time these packages take no more than 1-3 days to arrive. You should get an email with your tracking information from DPD, which will notify you of any changes/ delays or issues. If you have an issue, DPD may ask you to contact us as we can raise an investigation on our end.
Please note that DPD collects our packages Monday and Friday (2pm cut off). After this point, the next DPD collection will be the next working day and delivery will be scheduled for the day after.
NB: DPD deliveries are subject to change for bank holidays, seasonal periods and where advised by DPD themselves. If you have not received your package within 3-4 days please contact hello@cbdiablo.co.uk and we will chase them up for you!
Change of Delivery Address: The ‘shipping’ address can be changed after your order is made by contacting us. If the order has been processed then we may be able to change the address for you, or it can be changed via the DPD dashboard (can be found by clicking the tracking email).
If the package is delivered to an address that is incorrectly provided we reserve the right to refuse a refund/ replace the order.
International and Other Delivery Options
We also have four shipping options that determine priority & delivery times with the Royal Mail
Special Delivery: Guaranteed Next Working Day if ordered before 1pm between Monday – Thursday. If your order was ordered on a Friday, the next delivery date will be Monday.
1st Class Signed: 1st Class should take no longer than 2-3 working days, however, can take up to 7 working days. If you have ordered, and you have your confirmation of postage please allow up to 7 working days for the order to arrive.
2nd Class Signed: 2nd Class should take no longer than 2-3 working days, however, can take up to 10 working days. If you have ordered, and you have your confirmation of postage please allow up to 10 working days for the order to arrive.
International: We send all international orders Tracked &/or Signed to ensure their safe arrival. Delivery times vary between counties so please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive.
We try our best to ensure that your order is delivered within a reasonable time, however, there are times when delivery is delayed (during a crisis or Christmas). If your parcel has not arrived within the time frame above, please get in contact with us as we speak to the Royal Mail staff daily.
