The recommended daily allowance (RDA) for magnesium varies by age, gender and lifestyle. Ultimately, there is no hard and fast line, and there are many who argue that the average RDA is too low for most people. Our magnesium complex is dosed with three capsules, ensuring that most people get slightly more than the RDA to account for issues with Bioavailability, and to support a healthy lifestyle. 

  • Adult men: 400-420 mg per day
  • Adult women: 310-320 mg per day
  • Pregnant women: 350-360 mg per day
  • Breastfeeding women: 310-320 mg per day It’s best to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the right dosage for your specific needs.

The answer entirely depends on you, however, we’d suggest that it is not a good idea to take the suggested dose of both. The best time to take magnesium supplements depends on your individual routine and the reason for supplementation. Generally:
